Dorothy Lynas’ Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee is excited to present “Connected Kids” with Chantelle Nascimento of Conscious Culture Training.
Join us for a free online workshop designed for parents and caregivers of our school community. During Chantelle’s 45 minute presentation she will offer helpful tips and suggestions on how to have difficult conversations with your children about racism and discrimination. She will share ways to help our children to engage in safe and inclusive behaviors with their peers.

Gaming and Social Media for Parents
Parenting is hard enough without having to wade through an ever changing technological landscape. This will provide you with the tools and the confidence to take on gaming, social media, and smartphones alongside your child instead of always being in conflict.

DL PAC Year End Fair
You asked…we listened! The DL PAC Year End Fair is back — and yes, this year we’re bringing the bouncy castles and classic fair games you asked for!
Join us on Thursday June 12 from 3:30 PM – 7 PM for an epic celebration with the entire Dorothy Lynas community. Come early, stay late, or swing by for some quick fun — just don’t miss it!

This year, we’re going full fair mode with the legendary Tin Lizzy Concessions — straight from the PNE! Get ready for all your favourites: mini donuts, burgers, hot dogs, poutine, chicken strips, teriyaki rice bowls, and the ultimate fan favourite — Tornado Potatoes! And yes, we’ve got drinks covered too: bubble tea, lemonade, and snow cones to keep you cool and happy all evening long!
Did we mention Tin Lizzy will be donating 10% of all purchases to the DL PAC to support your kids?!?!

We’re bringing the fun for all ages — from tiny tots to big kids (and adults who are kids at heart):
– 45-foot inflatable obstacle course for high-energy fun
– A special “Kindy Zone” with its own bouncy castle and games just for our littlest Dragons
– Balloon twisting & face painting to get into the carnival spirit
