How to get submit a request for an event, item or resource:
PAC is thrilled to be able to sponsor resources, items, events, activities and courses at Dorothy Lynas. Do you have a program or resource that you would like PAC to consider funding for the Dorothy Lynas? Please complete the Google Form HERE. These requests are reviewed once a month and a member of the PAC Executive Committee will reach out once it has been reviewed.
Reimbursement payments for approved purchases to volunteer parents and to all DL staff will be made via INTERAC e-transfer. In cases where this is not possible, a cheque will be issued.
How to get reimbursed via INTERAC e-transfer:
- Download and print the Reimbursement Request Form.
- Fill in the top portion of the form.
- Choose the correct category and write in the total expense.
- Scan form and receipts into ONE PDF document. Free phone apps, such as Doc Scan, can be used to easily do this from your phone.
