Do you have a special skill you can offer as an auction item? Something you can make? Hockey tickets you can’t use? Something from your work to donate? E-mail us at dorothylynas@seycoveauction.org

Or maybe you have some time to volunteer for the Auction Committee? We can use some help with various jobs the day before, the day after, and the night of the Event. Details below and contact Birte at volunteering@seycoveauction.org to sign up:

Friday March 4th:

Silent Auction Setup – the volunteers would have access to student help, and would be responsible for table set up with auction items, 3 :30 – 5 :30pm.

Decorating/Set up – the volunteers would have access to student help, and would be responsible for gym set up, 12 :00-3 :00pm.

Bar Setup – help set up the bar in the gym, 1 :00-3:00pm. Must be handy with a cordless drill.

Saturday March 5th:

Unload liquor in the gym. 3 :00–5 :00pm.

50/50 Raffle- these volunteers would work a table selling tickets at the event. Shifts are 6-7 :30pm, 7 :30-9 :30pm

Bar Ticket Sales – these volunteers would work a table selling tickets at the event. The shifts are 6-7 :30pm, 7 :30-8 :30pm, 8 :30-10 :00pm, 10 :00-midnight.

BartendersGrab a friend and lend a hand! No bartending knowledge needed, but you must be at least 19 years old! Shifts are 6-7 :30pm, 7 :30-8 :30pm, 8 :30-10 :00pm, 10 :00-midnight.

Distribution of Auction Items – We require 3 Volunteers to help distribute the items which have been retrieved by student volunteers. These items will have been bought, paid for & are now being collected. The shift will be from 10 :00 pm – midnight.

Bottle Returns/Table Clean up – students are not allowed to handle any liquor bottles, so we need volunteers to clean tables and return empties to the bar. Shifts are 8-9:00pm, 9-10 :00pm, 10-11 :00pm, 11 :00-midnight.

Takedown/Clean up – Shift is generally midnight-1 :30am. There is student help available & more hands makes less work!

Sunday March 6th:

Clean up – we need volunteers to help students clean up the school on Sunday 12 :00-3 :00pm
